Cream Cheese Brownies I


  • one/2 cup general flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon leaven
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup bittersweet chocolate
  • chips
  • five tablespoons shortening
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • three eggs
  • 3 tablespoons cheese
  • two teaspoons flavoring
  • 1/2 teaspoon flavoring
  • 1/2 cup cut almonds


heat up kitchen appliance to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease nine in. sq. baking pan. In the prime of a double boiler, soften chocolate chips and shortening, stirring ofttimes till smooth. Pour into an outsized bowl, and blend in sugar, cream cheese, and eggs. Stir in vanilla and almond extracts.
